The new H&M Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.

The new Agreement will take effect from 7 October 2024.

The new H&M Agreement secures your pay and conditions over the next few years and includes pay rises in July each year.

The new Agreement secures:

  • Guaranteed wage increases
  • Improved allowances for both non-salaried and salaried employees
  • Annual leave requests to be responded to within 14 days.
  • Up to 5 days compassionate leave for employees who experience a still birth or miscarriage.
  • Period of service to qualify for Paid Parental Leave has reduced from 18 months to 12 months.

The Agreement also maintains superior conditions such as 20 min paid rest breaks, 4 weeks roster visibility and a raft of improved leave entitlements.

Once the new Agreement comes into effect check your pay slip to make sure you are being paid correctly.
